Catherine Rotstein is a watercolor artist and designer based in Kohala whose work captures the beauty of the natural world with a keen eye for detail. Her vibrant paintings celebrate the rich colors and organic textures found in everyday landscapes.

In February 2024, Rotstein debuted the first phase of her Metamorphosis series, followed by the second phase in May 2025. Collaboration is central to her creative practice, and she actively seeks opportunities to work across disciplines, from textile design partnerships to curated exhibitions, bringing her art into dynamic new contexts.
